What happens when two evangelists of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints attempt to ring a doorbell in a Ugandan village only to find that doors in Africa don't have bells and that the people have no time for divine powers because they are captive in a world of famine, HIV/AIDS, genital mutilation and tyranny?
The Book of Mormon sent Broadway into a flat spin, and had the West End in stitches, and it’s easy to understand why. The creators of the legendary South Park, Trey Parker and Matt Stone, and Avenue Q’s Robert Lopez are the masterminds behind the smash-hit musical.
